Takashi Kawagguchi is a graduate of the New National Theater of Tokyo, debuting on stage in a Japanese production of Salome. He has performed in a variety of plays and films thereafter, with main roles in 'The Winslow Boy' and 'Twenty-four Eyes'. In 2018, he starred in the award-winning Japanese feature film 'Bad Poetry Tokyo'.
