Beethoven was a musician who overcame an incurable deafness disease and left behind many masterpieces. However, in reality, he was a vulgar and dirty old man. This film depicts the story of Schindler, the secretary who "fabricated" the sublime image of Beethoven that is conveyed to the public. Driven by a sense of mission to absolutely protect Beethoven, who saved him from rock bottom, Schindler changes Beethoven's image after his death from a "vulgar and dirty old man" to a "sacred and genius musician."

Kaoru Fukazawa is a manga artist. His manga series was published for eight years, but has now finished. He doesn't have any ideas for his next work. His situation seems bleak, with his editor seeming to not care about him anymore and his relationship with his wife Nozomi Machida being troubled. He spends his days in despair and darkness. Kaoru visits a business that provides sexual services and meets a prostitute named Chifuyu, who attracts him. They decide to head to Chifuyu's hometown together.

Shuichi and Rina are a twenty-something couple living together. Shuichi is working as a fiction editor for a book publisher, while Rina is unemployed, since she finds it hard to keep a job. When Shuichi's colleague runs away because of their terrible boss, Shuichi suddenly gets reassigned to work with Nishikawa, a stuck-up author who writes banal but popular self-help books. Rina gets hired to be his editor by complete chance, since Nishikawa ends up liking her out-of-the-box thinking. When Rina starts to succeed while Shuichi struggles, the problems in their relationship start to become apparent.

She struggles in her job in the editorial department of a publishing company. She proposes plans at her company, but her plans are rejected. A popular AI dating app has become popular, but Mio Meguro isn't interested because of her work. One day, Mio Meguro meets genius mathematician AITO (Ayumu Mochizuki), who was raised in England. She falls in love with him, but her love causes problems for the share house and yokai.

Taking place a year and a half after the final episode of the 2020 live-action series, it features a recap of said series and brand new stories set prior to the 2022 movie.
