People of a small town face migration as a dam project threatens their hometown. A local journalist assumes leadership on the issue. As townsfolk begin accepting defeat, 13-year-old Roz, who came to the town after her village was destroyed, starts becoming source of hope for everyone.

Francesco and Marta run a husband-and-wife design company in Rome. When Francesco's aunt dies in Istanbul he travels there to sort out the hamam Turkish steam bath that she left him. He finds a love and warmth in his relatives' Istanbul home that is missing from his life in Italy.

Ahmet, who was arrested some time ago for a political crime, has been unable to escape the effects of those painful days. Except for his girlfriend Neşe, he views everyone and everything with suspicion and lives in a state of strange fear. A wealthy man named Abbas, the lord of Bolu, exploited the poor people in his region for many years. The people rose up against him under the leadership of a brave young man named Deli Yusuf. The lord asked an honest blacksmith who had worked for him for years but had never strayed from justice and truth to build a carriage for him. The old man and his son worked hard for a long time to build the carriage. However, when the cruel lord learns that the cart will be used as a weapon against the poor people who have risen up against him, things change. Despite all the difficulties, Yusuf stands with the people against the lord and begins the fight.
