Today in Shibuya, Tokyo, pick-ups are still going on everywhere. High school students dress up in make-up fashions, hang out in discos, and ride around on four wheels. Mikami, Takeshi, Nobuhiro, and Toru are selling party tickets for the day. Mikami is dating Kyoko, but she is about to marry the fiancé her parents have decided to marry. The other three are still virgins. Takeshi can't get over his older girlfriend, Masaze, and Toru has no idea what to do with himself. Nobuhiro is set to move to Hokkaido, but he can't forget about Sonoko, a beautiful girl he saw on the train one morning. On the day of Nobuhiro and Sonoko's first date, Mikami runs out of the ceremony hall and has a private wedding ceremony with Kyoko. At that time, Takeshi sends her to a hotel with Toru to test Mase, but she regrets it.
