2005 may have been the most memorable year in Ring of Honor history. In year 4 of it's existence, ROH reached new heights, and was home to the best wrestling on the planet. Spanning this compilation are some of ROH's biggest matches, moments, and the crowning of three new ROH World Champions.

"Talent on loan from God" - that is how Alex Shelley referred to himself the night Generation Next made its debut in Philadelphia and given the amazing wrestling abilities he has displayed throughout his career, it's a nickname hard to discredit. Even before he helped found the group, during his tag team and subsequent rivalry with Jimmy Jacobs, Alex Shelley demonstrated gifts few wrestlers possess and it only blossomed further under the GenNext banner. Battles with Jay Lethal, Doug Williams, and Bryan Danielson honed his technical prowess and prepared Alex for what would come next as he was exiled from the group he founded...

Ring of Honor began 2003 by entering into new territory and ended it with some of the best wrestlers from Japan gracing the ring, and in-between firmly established ROH as the premier wrestling company on the planet. Whether it be in Strong Style competition or high-flying exhibitions, tag team battles or in championship bouts, Ring of Honor proved itself the home of true no limits wrestling.

Honor Reclaims Boston was a wrestling event promoted by Ring of Honor. It took place on November 3, 2006 in Braintree, Massachusetts. This show was ROH's first show in Boston in thirteen months.

The Last Stand was a wrestling event held by Ring of Honor. It took place on January 29, 2004 at the Michael's 8th Avenue in Glen Burnie, Maryland. The show was named after it’s main event, as Samoa Joe teamed Jerry Lynn in his final attempt at the ROH Tag Team Championship, held by the Briscoe Brothers.

Reborn: Stage One was a wrestling event promoted by Ring of Honor. It took place on April 23, 2004 in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Reborn: Stage Two was a wrestling event promoted by Ring of Honor. It took place on April 24, 2004 at the Frontier Fieldhouse in Chicago Ridge, Illinois.

Round Robin Challenge III was a wrestling event promoted by Ring of Honor. It took place on May 15, 2004 in Lexington, Massachusetts.

Generation Next was a wrestling event promoted by Ring of Honor. It took place on May 22, 2004 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
