Four friends from a provincial mining town receive an order from "above" to intimidate and drive away a visiting blogger from the capital, who intends to highlight local environmental issues and raise the issue of a brown coal fire in a local open-pit mine. But from the very beginning, everything goes wrong for them: lateness, alcohol, arguments and inexperience make their own adjustments, and they themselves find themselves under fire.

Sergei and Kira were considered the most beautiful bohemian couple among cinema lovers of Saint Petersburg in the early 90’s. 1988-1989. The end of the Soviet-Afghan war. The USSR begins its withdrawal from Afghanistan.
