Raghupathi Venkaiah Naidu depicts the life journey and success of a legendary man who came to be known as the father of Telugu cinema.

Uday, a rich businessman, falls in love with a simple girl named Sandhya. He gets to know that Sandhya is terminally ill but still pursues her and teaches her to seize every moment of her short life.

Sanjay (Sumanth) is an extremely practical guy who believes in nothing but logic and reasoning. He listens to his mind and ignores his heart. Hamsa Vahini (Sneha) is a girl who believes strongly in human bonds and trusts everybody easily. Hamsa likes Sanjay immensely and proposes to marry him. Sanjay too accepts the proposal. In a casual chitchat, Sanjay reveals that he does not love her though he is marrying her. He feels that it is a marriage of convenience and practicality. Sanjay's confession hurts Hamsa and she cancels the engagement. As Sanjay slowly realizes the power of love and starts missing her, Hamsa becomes pragmatic and practical due to her family related circumstances, and ignores his pleas for forgiveness. The rest of the story is all about how she finally accepts Sanjay's love.

Rajaji is suicidal after his only daughter commits suicide. He gathers a group of people who want to kill themselves and takes them on a bus journey with the intention of driving the bus off a cliff.

Hero Charan (Tarun) a middle class family guy, is cheated by Sanjana (Anitha), a girl from rich family. This is to take revenge on him as he teased her in the past. When the hero comes to see Sanjana after a gap of few months, realizes that she is engaged to an NRI (Rajeev Kanakala), who is an innocent guy and loves to marry a girl with Indian culture. Charan comes to know that the bridegroom happens to be his friend. Then Charan tries to change the egoistic nature of Sanjana from a different angle. Meanwhile, the hero gets a friend Geethanjali (Sridevi), an orphan girl, working in All India Radio and gets attracted by the hero.

Voiceover guy Prasad helps his tycoon friend Bobby woo a girl, but accidentally falls into proposing to her himself. To fulfill a dying wish from Bobby's grandma, Prasad disguises himself as a woman to visit her, accidentally creating a social justice warrior persona that gains immense popularity. Now stuck in three identities: man, man wooing the girl, and social justice warrior woman. Prasad juggles chaos to avoid exposure while accidentally saving the day for everyone else.

Panakalu (Satyanarayana) betrays Ravi's (Rajendra Prasad) grandparents and fraudulently occupies their house named Brindavanam. Ravi promises his grandmother that he will take back the possession of their house. The story is about how Ravi does a tit for tat, teaching Panakalu a lesson and gets the property possession.

A Garage Mechanic, Chaitanya, who wants to participate in a car race, finds himself beaten and left for dead after he comes to the assistance of a journalist. When he regains his senses he finds himself in custody, arrested and charged with the homicide of the very person he tried to assist. With evidence pointing toward his guilt, he has virtually no defense and may well spend the rest of his life in prison or be hanged
