She is best known for her portrayal of nurse Carla Espinosa on the TV comedy Scrubs, Zoila Diaz on Devious Maids, and Annalise "Quiet Ann" Zayas on Claws. Reyes has also had recurring roles in shows like Better Things, One Day at a Time, Search Party, Dirty John, Dr. Death, and Succession.
