Love and money, money, money make the world go round, but there’s more of the former on display in this winning exercise in DIY filmmaking from writer-director David Ray (Grand Unified Theory) and his puckish band of merry pranksters. Seeking him out involves strange encounters with friends and strangers, none of whom seems to know what’s going on (probably because there wasn’t a script). But go with it!
