Young idealists form the liquidation squad of the left known as the Sparrow Unit, summarily executing the perceived enemies of the people until they are cornered and eventually defeated by government. The Sparrow Unit derived their name from sparrows, birds that can adapt in any environment.

Angelo is a painter currently searching for the path of his career and life. He therefore goes to Baguio wherein he meets a mysterious lady named Monica (Lampel Cojuangco). Eventually, he gets the recognition as an artists and he finally rises to fame after he makes a beautiful naked painting of her. Things go out of control as behind this seductive painting lies secrets, love, sex and crimes that seek justice.

Bruce a martial arts expert is hired by his friend, on behalf of the village to fight off Lui and Fedal, who with their highly trained army of martial arts experts are terrorizing the villagers and taking over their land, crops and raping their women. Lui and Fedal send several of their elite soldiers to eliminate Bruce, but Bruce's immense fighting skills prove to be too powerful for their evil forces. Not succeeding in their efforts to eliminate Bruce, they massacre one of Bruce's closest friends and frame Bruce with the murder.
