After their family emigrates from Colombia during the summer of ‘99, a metalhead science prodigy and his deviant younger brother do their best to adapt to new lives in America.

Omar, a construction worker, receives a strange voice message on his cell phone; even though no one speaks in the message, he hears the melody of a song amidst the noise of the recording. From that moment on, he begins a search to find the name of the song.

Based on Gabriel García Márquez's novel, this is the unsettling story of 13-year-old noble Sierva and the dog bite that changes her life forever. Abandoned, displaced, in the midst of a sexual awakening and finally exorcised, Sierva finds an unlikely ally in a young priest and together they discover passion.

In Colombia, among grandmothers, parents and grandchildren, we play to believe that if we eat the orange seeds, a small orange tree will be born in our body. During childhood we thought it could be possible.
