The year is 1996, about five years before September 11. But the foundations are already being laid. Because the world is a complicated place, and nothing starts just one day before. The place is Afghanistan, in the heat of civil war. Thousands of people who have lost their lives, their possessions, and their homes are waiting for the fighting to end. Yusuf and his friends, however, are going there for humanitarian aid. As Yusuf and his friends prepare to set out, Osama bin Laden is crossing the Afghan border to his new headquarters. Yusuf and his friends meet thousands of people in Afghanistan that year, and one of them is a young man who will become known to the whole world on September 11, 2001.

Three boys are having their higher education in Istanbul (!). In fact, they are messing around and dealing with radical politics, girls and gamble. However the oldest discovers love, and the three realize it is time for change.

The film tells the story of a man who is in love with the brother of a woman with whom he had an affair. Text, returns to Turkey to complete his education in London. So his father holds a party. Alev, who comes to the party, falls in love with Metin. However, Metin does not like Flame. Despite that, they experience a short-term relationship at the insistence of Alev. One day, Metin meets Sema, Alev's sister. They fall in love with each other and are mentioned. Alev, who cannot get Metin, will try to separate Metin with his brother.

After an unfortunate love affair, Nesrin, who has become disillusioned with life, works in a boutique (she prefers to call it a tailor's shop) to support her poor and bedridden mother. Due to her introverted nature and melancholic demeanor, she is looked down upon by her coworkers, and because she was abandoned by her fiancé, she is also despised by her neighbors. Nesrin, a beautiful and charming young woman, is also harassed by shopkeepers. On the other hand, the wealthy factory owner Kenan Manizade is also dissatisfied with the life he leads. Tired of his spoiled and artificial surroundings and his cold and indifferent wife Banu, he longs for a simple and honest life. Then fate brings these two unhappy people together.

The film tells the story of Pir Sultan Abdal, a famous folk poet in Turkey, who criticized some Ottoman governors, Hizir Pasha in particular and as a result was hung by him.
