The Ninningers come across a new enemy, Dark Doctor Mavro, a remnant of the Shadow Line, who created his own, evil version of Aka Ninger serving under him by stealing the real Aka Ninger's Nintality, and because of it, Takaharu's life is now in danger. Erika's friends soon begin to doubt her story and Erika is also running out of lies. Erika then sees a pretty boy on the street and takes his picture discreetly. She later shows his picture to her friends as her boyfriend. The boy in the picture is Kyouya Sata and happens to attend the same school as Erika. She tells Kyouya about her situation and asks him to be her pretend boyfriend. Even though Kyouya has a pretty appearance, he has a dark side.

Akari Inui and other students are kidnapped and imprisoned. They are forced to take part in a game to kill and survive. The last survivor will receive one hundred million yen.

A live show that was performed across Japan in March and April of 2015, acting as a final farewell for the cast. It comprises two parts: a scripted show part, and a talk show with the cast. This show features the only appearance of Yami No 0gou. The Ninningers also appear.
