
Steven Brown is an American musician. He studied electronic music at San Francisco City College. In 1977, Brown and another student, Blaine L. Reininger, formed Tuxedomoon. In 1979, the experimental avant-garde post-punk New Wave group signed to The Residents' Ralph Records.
