
José Utrera Molina (1926–2017) was a Spanish politician who served in senior roles during the final years of Francisco Franco’s dictatorship. He was Minister of Housing and later Minister Secretary-General of the Movement. After Spain’s transition to democracy, he remained a controversial figure due to his association with the Francoist regime.
