Since its establishment nearly 30 years ago, TOCEV has touched the lives of eight million children. In this documentary film, founder Ebru Uygun embarks on a journey to create a work narrating TOCEV's 30-year adventure. As we witness the creative process unfolding in the workshop, we gain closer insight into Uygun's inner world and the story of TOCEV.

The film, which brings Turkey's recent political agenda to the big screen, highlights the effects of recent events on the present day and their traces in political life. The coup, which took place on February 7, 2012, when Hakan Fidan, the Undersecretary of the National Intelligence Organization (MİT), was summoned for questioning as a suspect in the KCK investigation, centers on the causes and consequences of the MİT crisis. The film will also address the placement of listening devices, known as "bugs," in the offices of some high-ranking officials, including the prime minister.

Türkan Saylan, fighting cancer with all her might, continues to help everyone she knows and doesn't know with every last ounce of energy she has. As her illness progresses, her eldest son Çınar, who lives in Germany and is also a doctor, comes to Istanbul with Saylan's grandson Timur. The film tells the story of a man who is betrayed by his closest friend while trying to marry the woman he loves. Emrah, a taxi driver, wants to marry his fiancée Zeynep as soon as possible. However, he cannot find a rental home that fits his budget. As a last resort, he asks his boss, Asım Bey, for a loan, but he is unsuccessful. A few days later, he learns that Asım Bey has died.
