The film tells the story of four members of the National Intelligence Agency's secret ace agent "Warhead" team: "Strategist" Alex, "Variety Rose" Bibi, "Stormy Hero" Blake, and "Cold Knife Madman" Collier who were killed by a criminal syndicate. He was framed and became a wanted criminal by the National Intelligence Bureau.
