The film 19 Puasa: Playboys Of Plestik Hitam tells the story of Dak Ngas and his friends who do not fast during the month of Ramadan. Dak Ngas works as a food delivery service in Kampung Beko as a trick to easily buy food for his friends from certain shops. They hide their activities from their respective family members. The head of Kampung Beko recently announced an anti-fasting campaign because of the evidence found by the Corpse Van Gang led by YB Cip. They started blocking roads including alleys in the village to monitor 'yak yak yeay' activities.
