Based on true events, the film tells the story of Brazilian outlaw Promessinha, one of the most famous and feared criminals of his time, depicting his crimes and cruelty, until his death confronting the police.

Two friends are looking for a quiet place where they can rest awhile. Soon they find the town they'd chosen to go is far from quiet. In fact, it's ruled by outlaws. And one of them is mistaken for the "Avenging Gunman", defender of the law.

The humble Zacarias goes to the big city with his wife to help their son who wants to be a Doctor. There he gets a job, and lives a lot of funny adventures as a taxi driver.

A family moves to a farm and witnesses some cattle thefts, then being chased by the criminal responsible for the crimes.

A party of explorers in the Amazon jungle are captured by a tribe of women, and learn that they are to be used as the tribe's "love slaves."
