The film features the remnant Ayakashi who seek to revive Dokoku Chimatsuri, but instead revive the Goseigers' nemesis Buredoran of the Comet as the Gedoushu Buredoran Chimatsuri. To make matters worse, Takeru Shiba has been brainwashed into serving Buredoran as Gedou Shinken Red.

While dealing with the harassing public, the Goseigers face a new enemy along with old revived foes.

Based on a delinquent battle-themed video game series - a high school senior named Takashi the toughest fighter at Rashin High School. When he travels to Tokyo during a class field trip, he’s almost immediately attacked by a local thug. Takashi dispatches his opponent with ease, but he soon discovers gang leaders from all over Japan have gathered for a massive battle to determine who the toughest badass fighter is. During battle scenes, various recognizable fight moves from the game are incorporated for comic relief.

The film follows the Goseigers as they try to save the Earth from Warstar's surviving members. It was released on August 7, 2010, double-billed with the Kamen Rider W film W Forever: A to Z/The Gaia Memories of Fate, and was also filmed in 3D.
