Ginger is all stressed out over graduation. As if leaving a major part of her kid world behind isn't hard enough, Ginger is also scheduled to speak at the Lucky Junior High graduation ceremonies. That's when her normally absent father, Jonas, saves the day.

Lois is planning her wedding to Dr. Dave with help from Ginger. Rather than being a joyous time, it's stirring up doubts in Ginger about the whole idea of commitment. And what's worse, someone is out to sabotage the marriage... before it even stars!

Ginger wins a scholarship to a gellowship program for an entire semester. Her friends are sad at the thought of Ginger being gone for so long. Courtney is, too. And that's making Miranda look for a way to make sure Ginger stays gone! Meanwhile, it takes Ginger's absense for Darren to realize his true feelings for her.
