Elmo's Mindfulness Spectacular! is a 43-minute Sesame Street special posted exclusively to YouTube on May 3, 2023. The special was produced in conjunction with the launch of Sesame Workshop's new multi-year initiative about mental health, as well as Mental Health Awareness Month.[1] The special centers on the Sesame Street Talent Show, hosted by Cookie Monster and Juanpa Zurita. Elmo is too nervous to perform, and a request for help from Abby causes her wand to fracture, sending her unconfined fairy magic on the loose. As he is magically transported all over, Elmo learns about mindfulness techniques from various celebrity guests.

Featuring new music inspired by holiday classic The Nutcracker, this animated special follows Elmo’s fantastical adventure through magical lands to retrieve a nutcracker toy, along with his puppy Tango – who can speak for the first time!
