
Alfonso Mejía Silva (16 November 1934 - 29 December 2021) was a Mexican actor. He is remembered for having played the role of Pedro, the main character in the film Los Olvidados (1950), considered a memory of the world by UNESCO and for which he won the Best Child Actor award at the Cannes Film Festival in 1951.
