Floor wants a bathtub full of chocolate coins. Her wealthy father, the baron, cannot provide this, so she asks Saint Nicholas for help. When even Saint Nicholas cannot help her, her father becomes angry because someone said "no" to his daughter. He kidnaps Saint Nicholas with his hot air balloon.

Ronaldinho is being groomed by Boma and Goedele to become the new CEO of Boma Meat Industry NV. But his heart lies more with soccer—and with Niki, his new flame. While the Champions prepare a promotional stunt to launch the 'Viva Boma' sausage during the Aalst Carnival, eternal enemies Fernand and DDT see their chance to eliminate the Champions for good.

But for Chris, this is proof that Davy is no longer with his heart in the Romeo's. He also wants the Romeo's to stop. And that's just on the eve of the European Schlagerfestival...

DDT is back in business and cunningly manages to become the owner of F.C. De Kampioenen. Boma is immediately sidelined and our Champions are replaced by a new team of young, talented players...

Under the motto "better a good neighbor than a distant friend," Pierre and Claire try to befriend their new neighbors, but François and Hilda have a very different view of neighborly love...

De Kampioenen travel to France to play a friendly soccer match against the team of one of Boma's business partners. What had to become a nice holiday, ends up totally different than De Kampioenen expected.
