Ten years have passed since the defeat of the Zangyack Empire, and the Gokaigers have seemingly disbanded and gone their separate ways. On Earth, “Super Sentai Derby Colosseum” has become the hottest gambling venue ever, with various Super Sentai battling each other for charitable causes. Suddenly, Captain Marvelous appears, issuing a challenge to the Colosseum’s administration and those who work for them... including Gai Ikari! Is it the Gokaigers or the people of Earth who have changed in the past ten years? And what of Joe, Luka, Doc, and Ahim? After ten years, an extraordinary battle is about to begin…

At an all boys high school, Tadakuni, Yoshitake and Hidenori are close friends and think usually all day about girls. Their high school then co-hosts a school festival with an all girls high school.

The Gokaigers were captured by the Zangyack remnants after departing to the Zangyack homeworld to destroy the empire once and for all. The Gokaigers, now working for the newly reformed Zangyack empire, return to Earth with a black Gokai Galleon and attack the Go-Busters in search of five phantom Ranger Keys which will unlock the "Greatest Power in the Universe". During the fight with the Gokaigers, the Go-Busters are able capture Navi, who tells them that the Zangyack are also working with Vaglass and that they must go back in time to save the other members of the Super Sentai Teams and defeat the alliance of Zangyack and Vaglass.

In pursuit of his love of extreme dance, Ken (Joey Beni) wanders the globe and makes his to Okinawa, Japan. There, Ken meets Iwao Shinjo (Masahiro Aragaki) who is a master of the Ryukyu Classical Dance. Ken learns the steps for Ryukyu Classical Dance, which itself secretly holds the techniques for Ryukyu Karate.

The legendary Space Sheriff Gavan is hired to capture the Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger. However, Gavan himself is captured by Ashurada, a Zangyack prison chief and descendant of his old enemy Don Horror, and jailed in the worst prison in the universe. The Gokaigers resolve to rescue the sheriff from the prison and join forces with him to fight Ashurada.

The Kamen Rider Club discovers that the Dai-Zangyack fleet is moving towards Earth, led by Captain Marvelous as their Great Emperor. With many revived Super Sentai villains under his command, Captain Marvelous plans to obtain the Great Power of the Kamen Riders which is said to be "Ultimate Treasure in the Universe". Meanwhile, Tsukasa Kadoya becomes the Great Leader of Dai-Shocker once again and recruits past enemies of the Kamen Riders to take down the Super Sentai teams.

All seniors at a high school stay together at a camp, including student Chinatsu. On their first day, the home room teacher announces that all the students must play the card game "Old Maid". In order to reverse the declining academic abilities of its younger generation, the Japanese government planned this camping program. In this card game, the students that lose will meet their deaths.
