ONLY ONCE, ONLY 7TH. was the sixth live by the IDOLiSH7 franchise, held at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium. It was a celebration of the franchise's seventh anniversary and it marked a special milestone as the number "7" is very a significant number within IDOLiSH7. The theme was "parade".

Op.7 was the fifth live by the IDOLiSH7 franchise. It was also IDOLiSH7's first group solo live, held at the Saitama Super Arena.

After his first appearance on the competitive world stage, Haruka was overwhelmed by Albert’s swimming and lost his way. “What are you swimming for?” His reason to swim and what the water means to him are called into question. It will star Nao Tōyama as Rinko Yamaguchi, and Nobunaga Shimazaki as Sōta.
