In 2003, Okinawan high schooler Miu gets interested in Minato-senpai, who has just lost his both parents. She cheers him up by exchaning MiniDisk mix tapes with him. They start a long-distance relationship when Minato graduates and moves to Tokyo, and Miu eventually follows him to Tokyo for college. Some years later, while Miu is struggling with her job hunting, Minato suddenly breaks up with her, and she returns to Okinawa. 15 years later in 2024, Miu is married to her childhood friend Ryusei, and is now terminally ill. Her daughter Himari is sent to Tokyo to deliver a message on a MiniDisk to the man her mother loved.

Senagaki Isaku will be a first-year high school student starting in spring. Her grandfather is the third head of the Senagaki group, a yakuza organization, so she is feared by those around her. However, starting from spring, she hopes to make normal friends and normally fall in love. She is admitted into a high school further from her hometown, however, the overprotective young head of the Senagaki group, Utou Keiya, (26 years old) falsifies his age and enters the school with her through a backdoor admission…?! This film revolves around the perils of a dating app. A single woman is recommended an app, however the person she matches with is different to his photo. At the same time, a serial killer is stalking his latest victims also using the same app.
