A young photojournalist in the city of Veracruz, Mexico, will risk his life to dig up a shocking truth after picking up the investigation that his journalist friend and mentor left unfinished when getting killed by the organized crime.

Kitty is attacked and raped before the eyes of 38 witnesses but no one does anything to defend her. The event is on the news the following day and Gabriel, a journalist, becomes obsessed with the case and decides to confront all witnesses, opening his own investigation, reconstructing the events and introducing him into the life of the casualty.

Hugo needs to pee, but his family is fighting against each other. He tries to hold it, but chaos and stridency around won't let him. There, Hugo embarks on a journey in order to find his freedom, in which he'll realize that it isn't what he expected.
