Inspired by true events, "The 86" highlights the activities of a band of 86 street thugs that were famous for their strong presence in the venezuelan capital city during the 1980's.

Barbara is a fanciful drag queen who steals a valuable briefcase and runs to the plains. He crosses path with Sixto, a young farmer escaping from a drug lord. They join in a dangerous journey through harsh lands and their relationship grows from conflict and mistrust into an particular friendship.

On one hand, the criminal takes the young man's grumpy wife, and the young man takes a bag with a large amount of stolen money.
