When a touring bikini team gets lost deep in the mountains, they stumble across a secluded community known as Ghost Gulch. Moonshiners, ghosts, and bordellos have haunted these hills and river valleys for as far back as anyone remembers, where the law knows its place, and everyone gets along just fine.

There is a place where hotties roam free as the wind, uninhibited and unbound by societal conventions like chastity and shame. In a secluded mountain valley, a hotbed of paranormal activity the locals took to calling "Ghost Gulch", stands a ramshackle country brothel. Here working girls ply their trade, servicing the lonely mountain men, and all is right in the world. Until one fateful day, when the hotties' fertile cleft (of land) attracts the attention of greedy politicians, gangsters, and corrupt cops, who tighten their stranglehold on the placid mountain nymphs until they finally squeeze too hard - and the nymphs fight back.

The Three Seasons Bikini Team (April, May & June) leave on a cross-country tour, but June sabotages the trip. They and the photographer end up in Pig Hollow, where Missy Sue is desperately looking for the deed to Ghost Gulch (where she lives with Pappy and Jeb). The evil Senator wants to find the deed first, so he can sell the land to the government for dumping nuclear waste. The girls end up giving their first ever topless show to raise the money to pay off the fake IRS bill produced by the Senator.

A sheltered country girl, Tina goes to study in California. She learns about sex with her roommate and, after several love disappointments, falls in love with an eye patch-sporting zoology professor who's old enough to be her grandfather.

A woman director is hired to finish the season of "Bikini Squad", a popular TV series about California beach lifeguards. A more than obvious lack of talent and basic intelligence among the crew make her contemplate leaving the set.

A group of office workers decide to have a party in the office building. Among other things, they want to have some drugs there. Their conversation on the subject is overheard by Joe Vickers, which is rather unfortunate for them, since Joe Vickers is a policeman. Even more unfortunate is the fact that Vickers is also an undead psychotic satanist, and instead of arresting them, he will make sure that nobody leaves the party alive...

Two rich girls take a homelss man in and he teaches them about the real world. Meanwhile, their family has problems: the husband's kind of kinky and the wife has "issues." But don't fret for this wacky crew - it's a comedy with a happy ending. The girls put on a rock 'n' roll concert at the beach and all is well in bikini land!
