Sara Wilson and her 18-year-old daughter, Jordyn, move into their dream home in a great neighborhood to make a fresh start. But when strange occurrences start happening in the house, Sara can’t help but feel danger is lurking closer than she thinks.

Tom, a Steve Buscemi type with less drive, takes the night shift job at Your Storage in Chicago armed with security monitors, lackluster wit, a late night radio DJ, and his trusty office chair Grace Kelly, but the usually easy gig takes a mysterious turn when one of the regulars, Mrs. Jones, lures an unsuspecting man into her unit - a man that Tom never sees again.

US Army Investigator John Murphy (now a Lieutenant, although he was a Major in the previous Base movie) has been sent to look into a series of suspicious deaths that have been going on under the watch of Colonel Strauss. After going undercover and infiltrating Strauss's unit, Murphy discovers that Strauss and his men are leading a vigilante gang to dispense 'justice' to those they feel have been wrongly acquitted of various crimes.
