Atonement

Single father Lung (by Ronald CHENG) and his daughter Ying (by FU Shun Ying) are each other’s only dependence. Despite the huge debt left by his ex-wife, Lung believes in good karma for good people, until he loses his beloved daughter in a kidnap while travelling in Thailand. Lung abandons all his faith. He marries a Thai Chinese, Lan (by Chrissie CHAU) and starts a new life in Thailand, but he never leaves the past behind.
