The mystery seals when their roads are crossed, in an orgy of blood and violent chaos. Who is the masked man? What is he looking for? And why does he kill anyone who comes in his way?

A guy with the forecast Zomfobia has escaped from the mental hospital Lill-Hagen and now the staff is on the track. Why does he want to leave the hospital and what is it that hurts him? During the desperate flight for help, he is now facing some surprises.
