The Girl Who Wasn't Missing

A shoe-smith Arun Sachdeva is shattered when he discovers that his daughter, Bhoomi has been raped by Dhauli and his gang of three. The father and daughter grieve for a bit before planning revenge.

Out drinking one night after a fight with her boyfriend, three men brutally rape Sarah Tobias in a bar while people watch and cheer. District Attorney Kathryn Murphy takes the case; however, she allows the rapists to receive a mild sentence. A distraught Sarah decides to seek punishment for the men who witnessed and encouraged the rape. To get justice, Sarah must take the stand and revisit the night of her attack.

A group of unruly youth harasses Dr. Ramachandran (Mammotty) and his family. His wife (Sobhana) ends up being raped and murdered by this group. His sister Pushpa (Rohini) becomes mentally ill following the trauma. Distraught when the law doesn't give him justice, the doctor ends up being a vigilante and decides to take revenge on the people who destroyed his family.

After a year abroad, seventeen-year-old Alf returns to his Catholic boys' school, only to find that no longer relates to his mates, who are popular and athletic. Novalee Nation is a 17-year-old Tennessee transient who has to grow up in a hurry when she's left pregnant and abandoned by her boyfriend on a roadside, and takes refuge in the friendly aisles of Wal-Mart. Eventually, some eccentric but kindly strangers 'adopt' Novalee and her infant daughter, helping them buck the odds and build a new life.
