When someone murders his beloved cat, Clinton, an adult child, demands justice. A married former art student decides to start painting again, because her children are out of the house and her husband neglects her. However, that is not easy.

And so at 30, Ravi decides to break up with his American girlfriend (the one who by all accounts is perfect for him except for her red hair and American name) and embark on a worldwide search for another Patel longing to be loved. He enlists the help of his matchmaker mother, attends a convention of Patels living in the US and travels to wedding season in India. Witty, honest and heartfelt, this comedy explores the questions with which we all struggle: What is love? What is happiness? And how in the world do we go about finding them?

She is a control freak in her relationship, making sure that she is loved by counting hugs and kisses. He replies her neuroticism in a passive way, fluffing to pass everyday. They are such a out of tune couple, everyday she decides to break up with him, and starts all over again.

Marion and Jack try to rekindle their relationship with a visit to Paris, home of Marion's parents — and several of her ex-boyfriends.
