When it comes to crime, Belgrade is same as any other modern metropolis, except for having its own serial killers. That blank is filled when a flower salesman begins strangling women. A popular, but very disturbed rock star soon becomes telepathically connected with the killer.

A gang of thugs devise a cruel hoax that goes horribly wrong as Melvin, a nerdy emaciated janitor at the local health club, is cast through a third story window into a vat of hazardous toxic waste.

Marlin (Joe Wilcox) and his slightly crazy but loving wife Elvira (Lauren Campbell) are having money troubles in the 1940’s. Marlin seems to have caught his lucky break when a powerful person in the war is interested in him making a propaganda movie for him.
