Revenge of the Necromancer

A homeless man meets a medical school student who pays him to volunteer for a surgical procedure known as trepanation, drilling a hole in his skull, which ends up giving him the ability to communicate with the dark side of people’s subconscious minds.

A young girl pretends to be the deceased granddaughter of an ailing grandmother soon to celebrate her birthday. The aged woman does not know her granddaughter has died; thinking she has only left, and the young girl, with her remarkable resemblance, is asked by the family to accompany the grandmother in her last days; posing as her granddaughter in order to cheer her up for her anniversary. The young girl suddenly experiences horrific visions of the dead granddaughter, and her life is threatened when the rest of the family suddenly conspires to kill her. Now in danger, she seeks the truth about the dead girl, while slowly succumbing to insanity as illusion and reality merge.

Against the advice of a concerned mythology professor, a group of school friends decide to take an out of town trip during the holy week. When they first leave on their vacation, Shiela, Rina, Christian, Kerwin and their friends believe they have made a good decision. Everyone is happy and excited about their upcoming adventure. But soon, the mood starts to change. Shiela begins having dreams and premonitions about an evil presence somehow related to young children. She sees images of an old woman that terrifies her. Troubling, frightening events seems to multiply around them. The friends soon begin to believe that one of them may be the source of the evil that is plaguing them. Will one of friends have to sacrifice themselves in order to protect the others?
