Gein Meats is a family business specializing in the production of blood sausages made with the menstruation of kidnapped women. Everything runs smoothly in the company until love arises between the kidnapper and the kidnapped. From then on, they must find a way to escape both the horrors of the meat-processing business and the macabre Gein family.

After discovering a passenger ship missing since 1962 floating adrift on the Bering Sea, salvagers claim the vessel as their own. Once they begin towing the ghost ship towards harbor, a series of bizarre occurrences happen and the group becomes trapped inside the ship, which they soon learn is inhabited by a demonic creature.
