I'm Poor But Angry

In a small farming valley in Austria in the beginning of the 20th century a tyrannical farmer is found dead, and all the farmhands are relieved to be free of their tyrant. But the farmer was childless, so suddenly they all inherit the farm together. Now conflicts begin, as nobody is the boss and nobody has to obey.

Events take place in an isolated mountaineous village where a rabid dog bites the son of Fatime. The woman has to decide where to take her son, to the doctor or to Aunt Remja, an old woman who practices magic.

The story of a mischievous manchild living in a Punjab village surrounded by a lush jungle. After a comical misunderstanding, Illti befriends Bhajno, a spirited girl seeking to reclaim her childhood home from local criminals. Together, they uncover a mafia plot to destroy the village’s jungle and embark on a courageous journey to save their homeland. Amid humor, danger, and an unexpected detour into the Stone Age, the duo fights to protect their environment and discovers love and purpose along the way.

The events of the film take place in the Tajik outback. The story which presented is the story of two-three families. The large-scale drama of ideas in the film becomes the drama of several people living in a remote village, and the conflict, which may seem civilizational to someone, ends completely at home and so that everyone has time in the future.

After World War II, Antonia and her daughter, Danielle, go back to their Dutch hometown, where Antonia's late mother has bestowed a small farm upon her. There, Antonia settles down and joins a tightly-knit but unusual community. Those around her include quirky friend Crooked Finger, would-be suitor Bas and, eventually for Antonia, a granddaughter and great-granddaughter who help create a strong family of empowered women.
