Holiday in Handcuffs

A queer lady holiday movie that follows the lives of three very different couples in dealing with their love lives in various loosely interrelated tales all set right before Christmas through New Years.

On the verge of a massive deadline, a cynical workaholic is zapped by faulty Christmas lights while stranded in a small Colorado town and finds herself cast as the lead in an over-the-top Hallmark-style holiday movie. Now she must wrap, bake, and carol herself into some Christmas cheer to break the curse and make her way back ho-ho-home.

Lucy has a social media channel where she hunts evidence of actual monsters, but it’s not doing great, with just a few viewers following her disappointing posts. Everything changes on Christmas Eve when her camera witnesses Santa getting bitten by a werewolf before he turns lycanthrope himself! As Werewolf Santa starts wreaking bloody havoc in their seaside town, Lucy and her bickering family set off on a madcap adventure armed with a rusty skate and a vague understanding of how to kill werewolves gained from her collection of horror comics. The Beast must die to save Christmas!

A mild mannered, single mother, Katrina Jackson (Angel Conwell), and A.D.D. sufferer, DeMarco Gamble (London Brown) are two admiring parents raising their daughter in cut off households. When DeMarco falls in elevate bearing in mind different girl, Vilisa Whitaker (Faune Watkins), and plans a Christmas Wedding; Katrina sets in motion a diabolical turn toward to spoil their fairytale wedding. Sean Patrick Thomas (Save the Last Dance), Clifton Powell (Ray) and Jason Weaver (Drumline) round out the cast.

A husband and wife detective team takes on the search for a missing inventor and almost get killed for their efforts.
