Two gay seventeen-year-old boys; Jacob and Grayson, learning to navigate life in a small town. Being the only two gay teens in their area brings unique challenges to being accepted and understood. A local sheriff's deputy discovers the love interest between the two boys, and sets out on a quest to make their life difficult. After several negative encounters, the boys start to fight back against the harassment and hate. Suddenly, a tragedy strikes the community, and the worlds of the two boys and their families are turned upside down. It's a story of love, coming of age, seeking justice in many forms, and the unification of a broken community.
