Sergio Rossetti, a physical education teacher, is transferred to Remis, a small mountain village in which an unbreakable serenity reigns. He discovers that behind that golden equilibrium lies a disturbing ritual. One night a week the inhabitants of Remis are freed of their pain thanks to a teenager, Matteo Corbin: just hugging him is enough to feel better.
