The Iron Giant

A quiet morning gives rise to a cyclical story of letdowns. The lives of a flower seller, a heartbroken man, a petty thief, and a weary boat man intertwine in an undercurrent of chaos, longing and loss. Though strangers to one another, their lives are unknowingly bound by a bundle of flowers.

Libor is a teenager who, in a matter of minutes, finds himself transported from the exclusive world of today's wealthy elite, with its opulent villas, snobbish parties, expensive private schools, and chauffeur-driven cars, into a situation where he must fight for his life. There is no turning back from the path he embarks on. He loses everything, even his own name, but what he stands to gain is so appealing to him that he does not hesitate to take the risk.

Biographic film chronicling the last year of the life of the Italian painter Amedeo Modigliani, 1919, who falls in love with a girl from a wealthy family. Her parents are against this relationship and stop financial help. Modigliani worked and died in abject poverty in the Montparnasse Quarter of Paris, France.
