When Mark notices that his recurring dreams are subject to an unsettling pattern, he decides to investigate by taking his friends to the place he believes to be their location. There he finds that the world which awaits him is far more bizarre and dangerous than he could ever imagine.

Charles Wharton visits Anthony Reynard, the recently widowed husband of his sister Janine. In his unsettling Victorian mansion, Reynard tells Wharton that Janine died by falling off a ladder while dusting the mansion’s East Room, breaking her neck.

Fukuyama plays the extremely unique protagonist Kamio Takeshi, who has outstanding magic that has made him famous in Las Vegas and a skillful ability to observe people, but is also strict with money and lies as easily as he breathes.
